Frequently Asked Questions

Our resort is mainly for private whole-resort rentals. However, we sometimes open for walk-ins/public guests depending on availability. Announcements are usually posted on our Facebook page 1–3 days in advance.

Normally, the Kubos are included in private packages, but they may also be opened for rent during announced public/walk-in dates.

A 50% non-refundable down payment (via Cash, GCash, or Bank Transfer) is required. No down payment = no reservation.

The balance is paid upon check-in (Cash, GCash, or Bank Transfer).

Yes. ₱1,000 for groups below 80 pax and ₱2,000 for groups above 80 pax. This is refunded after inspection if no damages or unpaid add-ons are found.

Cancellation – Down payment is non-refundable but can be rebooked/transferred once (with at least 48 hrs notice). Rebooking/Transfer – Only allowed once, subject to availability. Further changes require a new down payment. Same-day cancellation/no-show – Down payment is forfeited unless due to force majeure.

Open Area – Up to 100 pax Function Hall – Up to 40 pax (with tables & chairs for 35 pax) Sleeping Capacity – Family Bedroom (9–12 pax), A-House Kubos Small (2–4 pax each), A-House Kubo Big (6–8 pax) Guests may also bring tents at no extra charge

Yes, up to 50 vehicles can park inside the gated property (free, park at your own risk).

Check-in/Check-out times strictly observed. Early check-in/extension: ₱800/hr (subject to availability). Smoking is prohibited inside rooms, Kubos, pools, and Function Hall. Penalty: ₱3,000/incident. Food & Drinks not allowed inside bedrooms, Kubos, or pools. No littering – Clean as you go. Cooking only in designated kitchen areas. Butane stoves & rice cookers allowed with staff approval. Pools – Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Kids must be supervised. Pets are welcome under our Pet Policy.

Yes! Pets are allowed as long as they: Wear diapers inside rooms Don’t swim in pools Are supervised at all times Are healthy and well-behaved Please clean up after your pets.

Yes, ocular visits are by appointment only. Message us to schedule.

No, but you may bring your own or ask for our local supplier recommendations.

Yes, with an additional ₱1,500 charge. Early delivery/pick-up allowed between 7 AM–7 PM. (Resort not liable for equipment safety/weather.)

Yes, our Function Hall has a basic sound system (1 mic, speakers, mixer) available for free use. Guests operate it themselves.

Yes. Prep Time Only – ₱500/hr (no use of facilities, for setup only) Early Check-In – ₱800/hr (with use of facilities)

Our pools use natural deep-well water. For cleanliness, we add chlorine/filters as needed to keep water safe and hygienic.
