Resort's Policies and Guidelines

Payment Requirements

Down Payment
  • 50% non-refundable down payment is required to guarantee your reservation
  • Payment methods accepted: Cash, GCash, or Bank Transfer
  • NO DOWN PAYMENT = NO RESERVATION
Remaining Balance
  • Must be paid upon check-in (Cash, GCash, or Bank Transfer)

Security Deposit

  • ₱1,000 (for 80 PAX and below) or ₱2,000 (for above 80 PAX)
  • Refundable upon resort inspection during check-out
  • Will be refunded in full if there are no damages or unpaid add-ons
  • Deductions may apply for damages or unpaid add-ons used by guests

Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

Standard Cancellations
  • Down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE
  • You may rebook/reschedule or transfer the reservation to another guest/group
  • Must inform the resort admin at least 48 hours before the reserved date
Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show
  • If you cancel on the same day (less than 24 hours before check-in)
  • If you are a no-show for any reason other than proven Force Majeure
  • Down payment will be forfeited and WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
  • A new down payment is required if you wish to rebook
Rebooking/Rescheduling
  • Can only be done once and subject to availability
  • Any cancellation/rescheduling/transfer after rebooking will forfeit the down payment
  • No refunds will be granted; a new down payment is required for re-rebooking/rescheduling/transfer

Liability & Force Majeure

Resort Liability

Paraiso Cristina Private Resort shall not be liable for any loss, claims, or damages in case the event will not push through on the reserved date due to:

  • Heavy rains, flood, typhoon
  • Earthquake, volcanic eruption
  • Any force majeure including accidents or death
Force Majeure Policy

In cases of force majeure (acts of God, natural disasters, calamities, epidemics, pandemics):

  • Down payment is still refundable or re-bookable
  • Registered guest must inform the resort at least 24-48 hours before the reserved date
  • Communication about force majeure events must be received from guests

Resort's Guidelines

  • Guests are advised to secure their valuables and belongings at all times. Resort management will not be liable for any loss of personal property.
  • Firearms, weapons, hazardous materials and illegal drugs are not allowed inside the resort.
  • Check-In and Check-Out time is strictly followed. Early check-in/extensions can be made for ₱800/hr subject to availability. Guests are advised to inform resort admin ahead of time to ensure availability.
  • SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the Resort Facilities, including but not limited to: A-House Kubo areas (indoor/outdoor), Family Bedroom, Function Hall, and inside the pools. Violator/s shall be charged with a penalty of ₱3,000.00 per incident. Smoking is allowed in other outdoor areas. Cigarette butts should be properly disposed of in trash bins.
  • FOOD & DRINKS are NOT ALLOWED inside the following areas: A – House Kubos, Family Bedroom, Adult Pool, and Kiddie Pool.
  • Glass containers/glassware and other sharp objects are not allowed within the Pool Areas to avoid injury to swimmers.
  • The Adult pool is 4ft. – 6ft deep, and Kiddie pool is 3ft deep. Guests are advised to swim at their own risk. No Lifeguard on Duty. Minors/Children below 12 years old should be accompanied by an adult at all times when swimming or roaming within the resort premises.
  • NO LITTERING and CLEAN AS YOU GO. Trash cans are provided on the resort premises. Additional garbage bags are also available upon request.
  • Cooking/Grilling is STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the A-House Kubo Areas.
  • Electric kitchen appliances and "gasulitos" are prohibited. Rice cookers and Portable Gas Stove (Butane) may be allowed upon approval of resort staff. Approved cookware should only be used in the Kitchen Area.
  • Any Damage/Loss to resort facilities, rooms, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment whether accidental/wilful is the responsibility of the registered guest. The amount equivalent to 100% of replacement/repair value plus any shipping/handling charges shall be deducted to the security deposit or an additional payment shall be made by the registered guest depending on the value of the item/s lost/damaged or as determined by the Resort Management. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued and rental will be terminated without refund.
  • Pets are allowed inside the resort under the conditions detailed in our Pet Policy.
  • Parking is free for guests. However, guests are advised to "park at your own risk". Resort management will not be liable for any loss or damage to vehicles caused by falling debris/tree branches or damage of any nature.
  • Paraiso De Cristina reserves the right to implement additional rules and regulations for the safety of guests and employees. Violence or disrespect to resort staff enforcing this policy will not be tolerated.
  • The resort management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, or evict/remove any person from the resort premises or to terminate the event/rental in the event of; any violation/s of the Paraiso De Cristina Resort Policy & Guidelines, illegal activities, or initiation/hazing activities on the resort premises. Guests are advised to behave in a way conducive to peace, safety, and convenience of all the other guests and resort employees.

Pet Policy

We love having furry friends at our resort! To ensure a safe and happy stay for everyone, please keep these in mind:

  • Cleanliness - Please clean up immediately after your pets in all areas of the resort.
  • In-room rule - Pets are welcome in rooms ONLY if wearing diapers. Any unusual soiling or damage inside rooms will be charged to the pet owner.
  • Pools - For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed to swim in either the kiddie or adult pools.
  • Health & Safety - Pets must be healthy and free from any contagious diseases.
  • Supervision - Pets must be supervised at all times. For pets that are not well-socialized, a leash is required.
  • Resident animals - The resort is also home to resident dogs, cows, and chickens. You may also see friendly strays or neighboring farm dogs. For everyone's safety, only friendly and well-behaved pets may roam freely.

Ocular Visits

We'd be happy to schedule an ocular visit so you can explore our resort and see if it's the perfect fit for your event. Ocular visits are by appointment only, so please let us know your preferred schedule via messenger. We'll confirm the availability and provide any additional guidelines for your visit.

In-House Catering, Event Management, Lights & Sounds

Currently, we do not offer in-house catering, event management, or lights and sounds equipment rental as part of our services. However, you're welcome to bring your own catering service and event equipment, or we can recommend local suppliers who can assist you with your needs.

Lights & Sound Equipment:

  • Additional charge of ₱1,500.00 for accommodating the equipment
  • Early delivery allowed with no additional charge (subject to availability)
  • Delivery and pick-up must be between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Equipment can only be placed in shaded outdoor areas
  • Resort is not liable for equipment - proper covering recommended

Function Hall Sound System

Aside from the Videoke, our Function Hall comes with a sound system available at no additional charge. The setup includes:

  • One wired microphone
  • 4-channel audio mixer
  • Two speakers inside the hall
  • One speaker outside to broadcast sound to nearby outdoor areas

Please note: The sound system provided is basic in quality and intended for simple use. It is not of the same quality as professional rental equipment. We do not provide an operator - you will be responsible for operating the system. Let us know in advance prior to check-in so we can set it up for you.

Advance Event Preparation and Set-Up

We understand that additional time for preparation and setup can be important to ensure the success of your event.

Preparation Time - ₱500.00/hour
  • Subject to availability
  • Exclusively for décor and equipment setup
  • Resort facilities (pools, rooms) NOT available during this time
  • Non-air-conditioned spaces (fans available in Function Hall)
Full Access - ₱800.00/hour
  • Regular Early Check-In/Extension Rate
  • Access to all resort facilities and amenities
  • Subject to availability
